We are expanding our on-ground sales team and seeking a dynamic professional to join us as Assistant Zonal Manager in the Health Insurance vertical.Role Overview:As an Assistant/Deputy Manager – Health Insurance Sales, you will be responsible for managing and driving a team of Team Leaders and Field Associates across the assigned region (Surat/Vadodara). You will ensure sales targets are achieved, team productivity is optimized, and the overall growth of the health insurance business in your zone is accelerated.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team (Team Leaders & Associates) to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Drive business growth in the Health Insurance vertical for the assigned territory.- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and processes.- Monitor team performance, sales funnel, and conversions, providing timely coaching and feedback.- Conduct regular market visits and joint calls with the team to ensure productivity and customer engagement.- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.- Collaborate with senior leadership to plan business expansion and achieve regional goals.- Maintain strong knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.ISMS Responsibilities:- Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and serve users authorised by Function Heads;- Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be built and run to meet business objectives best; Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession.- Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets, and Perform the work as delegated by the Function Head. Desired Skills and Experience-- Proficiency in team management skills to hold meetings and conduct performance reviews to help employees meet Performance Targets- Proficiency in employee development to assist employees in meeting the Performance Targets through Hiring, Coaching & Mentoring.Location: Surat or VadodaraKey Requirements:- Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–7 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Health Insurance / BFSI sector.- Proven track record of handling a large field sales team (Team Leaders & Associates).- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.- Good understanding of sales metrics, funnels, and conversion drivers.- Must know Gujarati (regional language) along with Hindi/English.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Flexibility to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days).What We Offer:- Opportunity to work with India’s No.1 insurance aggregator.- Attractive salary + performance-based incentives.- Fast-track career growth opportunities in the sales leadership vertical.- Exposure to a competitive and high-growth environment.If you're interested for this role, Share your CV: or reach out to Krishan Kant at: .
