Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Center Manager to lead sales operations, drive enrollments, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a sales-driven mindset, and experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive center sales and meet enrollment targets
  • Lead and mentor the sales and operations team
  • Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing for local campaigns
  • Maintain franchise and brand compliance
  • Generate reports and share insights with management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales & team management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the education/training industry preferred

Skills Required

Graduates/Post-Graduates with:

  • Proven experience (at least 5-6 years) in sales management, preferably in the education or related industry.
  • Strong sales leadership skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
