
HR and Admin Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to support and improve all HR functions within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about people operations, policy implementation, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Senior HR Executive will play a critical role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals.
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a core HR role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
