Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Assist in payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance, leave, and other data.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Organize employee engagement activities, birthdays, and work anniversary celebrations.
- Support performance management processes and maintain appraisal records.
- Draft HR reports (monthly/quarterly) and present to management.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Support the HR Head in implementing HR policies and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
