Overview

As the Senior Manager of People Transformation & Optimization, you will drive critical People enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize, align, and elevate the People function. This role supports all pillars of the People Services department. You will be responsible for leading high-impact projects focused on project and change management, policy and process modernization, technology implementations, and vendor optimization. In this role, you'll help deliver scalable and sustainable improvements that align with our organizational goals and reinforce our people-first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale people-focused transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementations, org design shifts, and policy harmonization efforts.
  • Develop and execute structured project plans, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with HR functional leaders to assess and streamline existing processes for increased efficiency and impact.
  • Partner with external stakeholders, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders to align initiatives with enterprise strategy.
  • Support vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management to ensure value delivery.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate initiative outcomes and long-term adoption.
  • Act as a change agent to support organizational readiness and adoption through communication, training, and leadership support.
  • Ensure initiatives are inclusive, scalable, and globally applicable across varied geographies and teams.
