Job Description :


Responsibilities :

- Product Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team; foster a collaborative and data-driven approach to product management.

- Product Leadership : Act as a thought leader in the community and communicate our vision in a way that inspires both our user base and our team.

- Product Lifecycle Management : Entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Product Lifecycle Management : Make product integration happen between both products.

- Cross-functional collaboration : Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to drive cohesive product development.

- Cross-functional collaboration : Foster strong communication channels to ensure alignment across teams and departments.

- Market Research and Innovation : Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to inform product strategy.

- Market Research and Innovation : Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities, features, and enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements :

- You have at least 7+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in product management leadership in a SaaS environment.

- You are a product leader who has successfully led an SMB/mid-market-focused product through a rapid phase of growth.

- You enjoy early-stage challenges and have taken an SMB/mid-market SaaS product from single to double-digit ARR growth.

- You've previously built and developed high-performing distributed product teams.

- Data is core to your DNA.

- You speak, understand, and utilize it fluently.

- You have a growth mindset and approach challenges with curiosity and an intent to learn.

- You have a bias for action words.

- You're an owner and an executor.

- You think strategically but can flex into the weeds while you build your team and focus on operationalizing.
