Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Director of Photography to lead our visual production team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both still and motion photography, with a proven track record of managing complex shoots and delivering exceptional visual content.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of all photography and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visual output that aligns with project objectives and brand vision.

- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other creative team members to develop visual styles and themes for various projects.

- Supervise and coordinate the work of camera crews, lighting technicians, and other photography staff.

- Manage the selection and maintenance of equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and other photographic tools.

- Oversee the post-production process to ensure the final visuals meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in photography and video production technologies.

- Contribute creative ideas and innovative techniques to enhance the visual impact of productions.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a photography or cinematography role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

- Extensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in both studio and on-location shoots.

- Strong technical proficiency with digital cameras, lighting, and post-production software.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a creative team.

- Creative vision with meticulous attention to detail.
