Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Developer to join our team on a commission-based structure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development with a focus on recruiting and talent acquisition. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and talent acquisition market.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales techniques.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our services.

  • Sales and Negotiation:
    • Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contract terms with clients.
    • Close sales deals and ensure a smooth transition to the recruitment team.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

 

  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
    • Provide feedback and market insights to help improve our service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
