Job Description: The Business Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the IT company, including planning, directing, and coordinating all business activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The role involves strategic planning, financial management, and leadership to drive business growth and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans that align with the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage the company's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
  1. Operations Management:
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure the company runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement and oversee operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  1. Sales and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  1. Client and Vendor Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly.
  1. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  1. Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers and teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role in an IT company.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, trends, and technologies.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday.
  • May require occasional travel to meet clients, attend conferences, or visit company locations.
  • Office-based, with the potential for remote work depending on company policies.
