Summary:
As the business head, you will spearhead our business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and lead our sales team. You will be critical in formulating and executing strategies to expand our client base, close high-value deals, and enhance our mobile and web development market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive growth and competitive advantage.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team is motivated and equipped to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Ensure the accurate forecasting of sales and pipeline management.
Work closely with the development, marketing, designing, project management, and business analyst teams to ensure alignment and address client needs.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build industry relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum of 08 years of experience in business development and minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team, with a strong background in mobile and web development companies.
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with mobile and web development technologies and industry trends.
