The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and the ability to design, configure, and support end-to-end solutions, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management.This role involves working on solution design, development, integrations, automations, upgrades, and platform stability to ensure seamless delivery of SPM capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Service Now Admin with strong SPM experienceHands-on expertise in SPM modules: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner WorkspaceConduct requirements gathering and solution designPerform impact assessment on new solutions and SPM enhancementsConfigure scripts, catalog forms, and workflowsCarry out system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT supportManage code reviews, migrations, and production rolloutsTroubleshoot integration issues between Service Now and partner systemsImplement automations using Custom APIs and Integration HubHandle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillmentPerform daily health checks and resolve performance issuesCollaborate with Service Now product teams for issue resolution and defect fixesRequired SkillsMinimum 3 years of relevant Service Now SPM experienceStrong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrationsProficiency in Service Now platform administrationKnowledge of Java Script, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration HubExperience in testing, rollout planning, and production supportAbility to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks????
