Project Manager – Digital & Web-Tech Delivery Location: Mumbai | Experience: 4–6 years About the Role At Schbang, Project Managers are the bridge between creative vision, technology execution, and business goals . We are looking for a results-driven professional who can own end-to-end delivery of digital, tech, and creative projects across industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, OTT, lifestyle, and more. This role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment , is equally comfortable discussing APIs with developers and brand strategy with clients , and can lead multi-disciplinary teams towards delivering scalable, innovative, and high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership: Drive the full lifecycle from scope definition, planning, execution, QA, to final delivery across digital platforms, websites, e-commerce, and campaigns. Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams (design, tech, media, content, QA) and external vendors to deliver on-time, within scope, and on budget. Client Engagement: Act as the key liaison for client communication, managing expectations, presenting strategies, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage. Website & Tech Management: Oversee development and maintenance of brand websites, ensuring security, scalability, and performance optimization. Agile Execution: Lead agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint tracking using tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet. Innovation & Problem Solving: Proactively pitch improvements, optimize workflows, and troubleshoot issues with agility and ownership. Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs, prepare monthly project/website performance reports, and deliver actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders. Governance & Quality: Establish standardized workflows, documentation, and governance frameworks to drive efficiency across multiple brands. Skills & Competencies Required Strong grasp of web technologies (Word Press, Shopify, Drupal, Magento, AEM, custom CMS). Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies . Working knowledge of API integrations, QA workflows, and CMS rollouts . Strong design sensitivity and understanding of user behavior, UX, and journeys . Analytical mindset with ability to leverage Google Analytics, SEO insights, and performance metrics . Proficiency in project management tools – Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet. Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills (including preparing and pitching decks). Ability to lead large teams (10–25+ members) , resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration. Comfortable managing multi-region/global projects with cultural awareness. Preferred Background 4–6 years’ experience in digital/creative/tech project management within an agency or consultancy environment. Prior experience with large-scale website builds, platform migrations, or digital transformation projects . Hands-on technical background in IT/Development/QA is a strong advantage.
