Deputy Manager Human Resources

Primary responsibilities will involve designing, implementing, and managing employee recognition programs and benefits packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implement Recognition Programs:
Develop innovative and meaningful employee recognition initiatives specifically tailored to executives.
Create a framework for recognizing achievements, milestones, and exceptional performance
Execution of Recognition programme and take ownership for successfully running it.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of recognition programs and make adjustments as necessary.
Oversee the design, administration, and communication of executive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Act as a liaison between executives and benefits providers (LIC, EPFO), addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular reviews of benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to executive compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
Masters’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in designing and managing employee recognition and benefits programs.
In-depth knowledge of retirals related compensation practices, executive benefits, and relevant regulations (EPF, ESI, Gratuity, WC).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, HR professionals, and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
