We are looking for an HR & Finance Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities in our Human Resources & Finance department.
Supporting the Group HR Manager and Group Finance based in Singapore, you will maintain or enhance a full employee experience cycle from recruitment, satisfaction, people development to exit formalities. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR & Finance functions. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
Ultimately, you will be our Culture Wizard and ensure smooth running of our company’s offices, HR operations and contribute to driving sustainable growth.
HR/Admin Responsibilities :
Supporting full spectrum of HR operations, i.e. payroll, leave management, employee welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activities
Navigate recruitment processes (posting ads, filtering, arranging interviews, hiring preparation)
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
Assist in administration duties like liaison of vendors, postal, dispatch arrangements, receiving of walk-ins visitors, phone calls
Support in procurement of office supplies, stationeries & preparation/checking of claims
Assist Group HR Manager on ad hoc projects & organizing of welfare activities
Finance Responsibilities:
Manage timely billings to and collections from customer, liaise with, review and prepare payments to vendors
Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation and recording
Timely month end closing and preparation of monthly schedules including AR, AP, prepayments, accruals and fixed assets
Handle annual audit and preparation of audit schedules
Manage cashflow and monthly bank reconciliations
Maintain intercompany schedules and monthly reconciliation with related companies
Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulations
Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, bankers and any other external parties/vendors as necessary
Ensure adherence of processes to Group SOPs
Assist in the annual group budget process and maintain budget vs actual monthly records
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least a Degree, in Business, Human Resource Management, Accountant or equivalent
Min 5 year of hands-on experiences for the above nature of work
Proficient in MS Office application (i.e. Words, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must
Proficient in Philippines labor and manpower legislation, including foreign work permit applications and renewal
Able to handle India payroll and manpower taxes manually
Possess the right aptitude and able to communicate and work closely with inter departments, including the department heads and management
Self-driven and able to work independently under tight deadlines
Able to start work immediately is preferred
