We are seeking a Senior Hotel Booking Executive to lead and manage hotel booking operations for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel tie-up negotiations, cost control, and team coordination within the hospitality industry. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service, building strong vendor relationships, and optimizing hotel booking processes for efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage hotel reservations for corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate bookings based on preferences and business needs.
  • Collaborate with hotels to negotiate competitive rates, exclusive deals, and additional perks for our clients.
  • Maintain and regularly update a detailed database of preferred hotels (amenities, pricing, policies).
  • Identify and establish relationships with new hotel partners to expand the accommodation network.
  • Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with hotel vendors to secure favorable terms.
  • Oversee the billing process, ensure accurate invoicing, timely payment reconciliation with hotels, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Analyze booking trends, occupancy rates, and pricing data to recommend cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure that the hotels meet our quality standards and maintain consistency in service levels across different locations.
  • Lead and support the team to ensure efficient daily operations and service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations) for smooth service delivery and escalations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in hotel booking management, vendor tie-ups, and cost optimization within the hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to handle corporate accounts and complex multiple booking operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hotel booking systems
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
