Hotel Revenue & Asset Performance Lead | Spectra Hospitality

About Us

Spectra Hospitality is scaling rapidly across India with a portfolio of 
white-label managed hotels and asset-managed properties
. We are looking for a senior commercial leader who can 
drive topline growth, optimize multi-property performance, and build strong owner relationships
. This role demands the mindset of a 
strategic GM with asset management exposure
 and the expertise to translate revenue insights into measurable business results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multi-property revenue & asset performance
     across Spectra's managed and asset-managed hotels.
  • Own the commercial strategy
    : demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, business mix optimization, and P&L oversight.
  • Collaborate with 
    GMs, Operations, and Marketing teams
     to align revenue and brand positioning strategies.
  • Drive 
    distribution excellence
     (OTAs, CRS, GDS, ) to achieve optimal yield and market share.
  • Prepare 
    performance dashboards and financial forecasts
     for owners and leadership.
  • Support 
    pre-opening hotels
     with positioning, launch pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Introduce scalable 
    frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks
     for revenue and asset management.
  • Mentor property-level teams
    , strengthening commercial discipline across diverse assets.

What We're Looking For

  • 15–20 years' experience
     in hospitality, with at least 5–7 years as a GM/Cluster GM in an upper-upscale or luxury brand.
  • Proven track record of improving 
    RGI, RevPAR, occupancy, and profitability
     across multiple properties.
  • Strong understanding of 
    P&L management, asset management, and owner relations
    .
  • Deep knowledge of 
    distribution, revenue systems (RMS, PMS), and digital tools
    .
  • Ability to balance 
    strategic vision with hands-on execution
    .
  • Comfortable in both 
    entrepreneurial white-label models
     and structured brand environments.
  • A confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and coach property GMs.
