About the Role:

  • Thorough overall understanding of Retail Banking Operations.
  • Customer Service Orientation. Ability to manage and motivate front office staff. Graduation is Mandatory, Preferred PG / MBA.
  • Relevant Experience of Min. 1+ Year in Team Handling, thorough Understanding of Banking. Ability to manage & motivate teams.
