As a Lead Full Stack Developer at Drongo AI, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers, driving technical excellence, and delivering cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and efficient web applications.
Oversee the integration of front-end components with back-end services to create seamless end-to-end solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Optimise applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into development processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes related to technology and development
Mentor and support junior developers, promoting skill development and professional growth within the team.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development.

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with building SOA/microservices architecture based applications.
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
