About the Client:


A leading IT service provider with primary focus on Communication industry.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Requirement gathering, creation of RTM (requirement traceability matrix)
  • Examine Impact Analysis documents; Gain an understanding of the functional flow, system architecture, and data model; Examine peer-compiled design documents and suggest changes
  • Develop reusable code libraries and frameworks
  • Interpret high-level business requirements and convert them into code. Combine modules of varying sizes for the system; Make Proofs of Concepts and Deliver System Demos; Attend system architecture meetings regularly and take the lead in code creation, optimization, and reviews
  • Improve unit-testing procedures using best practices and automation.
  • Comprehend end-to-end deployment process and related tools
  • Recommend enhancements to the organization's customer value proposition


Preferred Skills/Experience:


  • 8-10 years of overall experience in software development with minimum 5 years in full stack web developer
  • 5 years experience in React JS and Node JS (Preferred framework - express)
  • Experience in application development, leading incident management and problem management, and driving ITIL framework
  • Project and team management experience. financial and operational metrics
  • Unit testing (jasmine/karma/mocha/chai/jest), strong in JavaScript and typescript
  • Good experience in AWS services (EC2, Containers, S3), Mongo DB, design and development of REST APIs
  • Agile and Scrum experience
  • Knowledge and experience in GIT versioning tool
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Microservice architecture, MySQL and Postgres experience is good to have
