Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Architect
to lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive web
applications for the automotive client. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, as well
as a strong understanding of the automotive domain to drive innovation
and efficiency in our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design:
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, robust, and secure full stack applications for the automotive sector.
- Develop architectural blueprints and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
- Define and implement best practices for application architecture, including microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
Technology Leadership:
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, incorporating the best solutions into our projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality and efficient development practices.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of web and mobile applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Security and Compliance:
- Ensure applications adhere to security standards and compliance regulations specific to the automotive industry.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in full stack development.
- At least 5 years of experience in an architectural or lead role.
- Proven experience in developing and architecting applications for the automotive industry is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js).
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
