Job Title: Solution Architect - Full Stack Development Expert

Overview:

The role involves closely working with product managers, engineering teams, and leadership to design and develop full stack investment research management systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices using a technology stack including Java and Node.js.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to define and execute the overall technical strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Liaising with the product team to understand user needs, psychology, and product USPs to design smooth in-app user experiences.
  • Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Driving a culture of technical excellence, quality, and best practices within the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Deep technical knowledge in software product engineering using Java/J2EE, multithreading, data structures, collections, OOPS, synchronization, full stack, NoSQL DB, Cassandra, and experience in building SaaS applications on cloud.
  • Experience building E2E applications from backend database to persistent layer.
  • Experience in developing enterprise software using Agile methodology and good understanding of Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Solr, and Elasticsearch.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from a premier institute (IIT preferred).
