Strategy & Finance Manager
with astrong background in business finance, particularly in procurement. The idealcandidate will have
2-3 years
of experience and hold an MBA in Finance or be aqualified Chartered Accountant (CA). This role demands a high level of strategicthinking, analytical skills, and program management capabilities to drive financialperformance and support strategic initiatives within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging P&L and Cash Flow statements and financial KPIs.Experience of working with eCommerce or B2B procurement companies is a big plus

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned withthe company's long-term objectives.•
Financial Analysis:
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support businessdecisions, including profitability analysis, cost management, and financialforecasting.•
Procurement Finance : Collaborate with the procurement team to analyzespending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve financial efficiencywithin the procurement function.•
Budget Management:
Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets to ensurefinancial targets are met.•
Program Management : Lead and manage financial programs and projects,ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.•
Performance Reporting:
Develop and deliver regular financial performancereports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.•
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial risks through robustanalysis and strategic planning.•
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships withinternal stakeholders, including senior leadership, procurement, andoperational teams.•
Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives withinthe finance function, leveraging best practices and innovative approaches.
Qualifications• Education:
MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA).• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business finance, with a focus onprocurement finance preferred.
Skills:• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.• Excellent program management skills.• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.• Solid understanding of procurement processes and financialimplications.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
