Role Description:

  • This is a fulltime onsite role for a Relationship Manager Current Accounts at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank located in Nangloi.
  • The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the existing portfolio of current accounts, building relationships with customers, understanding their banking needs, and providing personalized banking solutions.
  • The role also involves crossselling various banking products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Good understanding of financial statements and credit assessment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Targetdriven and resultoriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in the banking industry is mandatory.
  • Graduate/postgraduate degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Local candidates will be preferred.
Experience : 8-10 years
