KFIA is focused on structured credit investments in residential real Estate projects in Delhi and Mumbai. KFIA has investor commitments in excess of Rs 2000crs. Kautilya is in an active investment phase. Kautilya's focus allowed for favorable market positioning within its target developers. Kautilya has been involved in approximately 30 investments since inception.
Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Associate. Candidate should be Transaction Documentation Specialist, who will be responsible for drafting and reviewing transaction documents, execution documents, and other legal materials essential for our fund operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our investment team, contributing to the success of our investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Managing the funding/closing process following sanctions

- Managing amendments or restructuring of existing financings

- Detail oriented approach with attention to "line by line" review of documents working with independent transaction counsel

- Review of Title diligence

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and counterparties to facilitate the execution of transactions

- Assist in the development and maintenance of legal templates, policies, and procedures

- Provide legal support and guidance to various departments within the organization as LLB from a reputed Institute

- Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing lending documents and Debenture Trust Deeds, Security documents

- Excellent verbal and written English

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

- Proficiency in legal research

- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines

- Line by line review of Legal Salary: 18-20 LPA
