Role: Regional Coordinator

As a Regional Coordinator at the TN Apex Skill Development Centre for Healthcare (TNASDCH)
, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing healthcare skill development programs. The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions, engaging with stakeholders, and fostering partnerships with healthcare institutions.

Locations:
Chennai, Trichy, Madurai, Coimbatore

Qualification:
MBA in Healthcare Management / MSW

Experience:
2 – 4 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training and skill development programs in the assigned region.
  • Serve as the point of contact between TNASDCH and hospitals, training centres, and industry partners.
  • Oversee training implementation, including logistics, participant management, and trainer coordination.
  • Drive outreach and promotional activities to expand training program participation.
  • Monitor program effectiveness, collect feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training activities, participant data, and reports.
  • Provide regular updates to the central office regarding the progress of regional programs.
