MYTRA is India's all-in-one platform for motorcycle enthusiasts. Riders can plan rides, join clubs, buy/sell bikes or gear, and discover local services — all in one place. We're building a growing biker community and are looking for someone who can help us connect with more riders, clubs, and businesses.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator who will be the voice of MYTRA with the community. The role involves reaching out to riders, onboarding clubs, connecting with biking-related businesses, and creating simple, engaging content for emails and social media.

Most of your time will be spent on calls, emails, and coordination, so strong communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Call and onboard new riders, clubs, and biking businesses
  • Coordinate with clubs for ride events and collaborations
  • Send follow-up emails, handle queries, and maintain records
  • Support sales efforts by pitching MYTRA Local and MotoResell
  • Create simple content for emails, WhatsApp updates, and social posts
  • Share rider feedback with the team to improve experience

Must-Have Skills

  • Good spoken and written communication (English + Hindi; regional languages a plus)
  • Comfortable making calls and sending professional emails
  • Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized

Good to Have

  • Passion for biking or experience in automotive/lifestyle communities
  • Prior internship or experience in sales, community, or marketing
  • Content writing / Canva / social media posting skills
  • Running online marketing and digital ad campains.
