We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in IT recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment processes while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionDrive full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical positionsDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelinesScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate assessmentsMaintain ATS and recruitment metrics dashboardVendor ManagementBuild and manage relationships with recruitment vendors and agenciesNegotiate terms with vendors and ensure cost-effective recruitment solutionsMonitor vendor performance and maintain quality standardsCoordinate with multiple vendors to ensure timely candidate submissionsCommunications & BrandingDevelop and maintain employer branding initiativesManage company's social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platformsCreate engaging content for recruitment marketingRepresent the company at job fairs and recruitment eventsBuild and promote positive company culture through various initiativesOperations ManagementCoordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment calendarManage offer letter process and salary negotiationsHandle recruitment budget and expensesPrepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIsEnsure compliance with recruitment policies and proceduresRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of recruitment experience with focus on IT/Technical hiringStrong understanding of technical roles and IT industry trendsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and ATS systemsPreferred SkillsSHRM or similar HR certificationExperience with social media management and employer brandingKnowledge of recruitment marketing techniquesFamiliarity with IT recruitment tools and platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCompetenciesStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCultural awareness and sensitivityResults-oriented mindset with attention to detailBenefitsCompetitive salary packageHealth insurance coverageProfessional development opportunitiesPerformance-based incentivesWork-life balance initiativesWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our organization.
