We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in IT recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment processes while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate assessments
  • Maintain ATS and recruitment metrics dashboard

Vendor Management

  • Build and manage relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies
  • Negotiate terms with vendors and ensure cost-effective recruitment solutions
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain quality standards
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure timely candidate submissions

Communications & Branding

  • Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives
  • Manage company's social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
  • Create engaging content for recruitment marketing
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
  • Build and promote positive company culture through various initiatives

Operations Management

  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment calendar
  • Manage offer letter process and salary negotiations
  • Handle recruitment budget and expenses
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience with focus on IT/Technical hiring
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and IT industry trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS systems

Preferred Skills

  • SHRM or similar HR certification
  • Experience with social media management and employer branding
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing techniques
  • Familiarity with IT recruitment tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
