We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in IT recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment processes while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Drive full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate assessments
Maintain ATS and recruitment metrics dashboard
Vendor Management
Build and manage relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies
Negotiate terms with vendors and ensure cost-effective recruitment solutions
Monitor vendor performance and maintain quality standards
Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure timely candidate submissions
Communications & Branding
Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives
Manage company's social media presence on Linked In, Twitter, and other platforms
Create engaging content for recruitment marketing
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
Build and promote positive company culture through various initiatives
Operations Management
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment calendar
Manage offer letter process and salary negotiations
Handle recruitment budget and expenses
Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of recruitment experience with focus on IT/Technical hiring
Strong understanding of technical roles and IT industry trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ATS systems
Preferred Skills
SHRM or similar HR certification
Experience with social media management and employer branding
Knowledge of recruitment marketing techniques
Familiarity with IT recruitment tools and platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
