Senior Project Specialist GCOC

Please do not contact the recruiter directly.What You'll Do: The Strategy and Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Director of the Global Client Operation Center (GCOC) by driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. This role includes a blend of administrative and strategic responsibilities, such as preparing reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to guide high-level decision-making. As the primary liaison between departments, the Specialist will facilitate project alignment, manage dependencies, and keep senior leadership informed on progress. Additionally, the role will take ownership of ad-hoc and strategic projects, from research and planning to execution, proactively identifying opportunities that support the GCOC's strategic priorities.Support in Strategic PlanningAssist in gathering and analyzing data to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes across the entire organization.Prepare reports, presentations, and research insights to help guide leadership decisions.Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Director of GCOC, including scheduling or meeting preparation.Project Coordination and Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a point of contact between departments, coordinating communication and ensuring alignment on project deliverables.Serve as the primary liaison between departments, facilitating communication, managing dependencies, and reporting progress to senior leadership.Execution of Ad-Hoc and Strategic ProjectsTake ownership of special projects and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Senior Director, conducting research, performing data analysis, and summarizing insights for decision-making.Work with Senior Director to identify project opportunities that align with strategic priorities and manage the execution of these initiatives from planning through completion.This Position is based in Gurugram, IndiaWho You Are: 5+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management, Chief of Staff roles or Executive Assistant to senior leadership, ConsultingExperience on AI driven projects that create operational and project management efficiency.Flexible to work in EMEA time zone on need basis.Experience in working in a fast-paced international environmentExperience in Adtech is a plusStrategic Thinking & Analysis - Ability to turn data into insights (reports, presentations, dashboards)Project ManagementCross-Functional CommunicationExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to influence without authority and act as a bridge between departmentsExperience supporting senior leaders (calendar, prep for meetings, etc.)High attention to detail and organizational skillsProactiveComfortable with ambiguityAbility to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilitiesWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
