Job Purpose

Responsible for leading company-wide recruitment efforts for specific professional areas (Medical, Information Technology, Finance, e-Business)

Job Responsibility

Collaborates with hiring managers, leadership and HR delivery team in the staffing and selection processes to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates Runs ads in periodicals, newspapers. Mines internet sites using intermediate sourcing techniques. May solicit and receiving funding for recruitment strategy efforts. Coordinates, represents and participates in recruitment events as required to fill open positions and maintain prospect relationships. Provides technical guidance and leadership to more junior level talent acquisition team. Serves as a senior project team member on staffing projects.

Qualification

Requires a Bachelor's degree; 8+ years of experience in recruiting and placement of exempt staff; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience

8+ years of experience in Talent acquisition Work experience in other human resource fields, or middle management is also helpful Partner with TA heads in the selection process, adopting the appropriate interview assessment methods and sharing best practices Responsible for end to end performance of the sourcing, screening and scheduling function for his/her set of portfolio and drive the performance possibility Ensures systems and processes are adhered to by team members Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups, including different Regions, internal & external. Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal and be confident to present with impact and credibility
