Job Description:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition strategy and overseeing the recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent for Masters' Union. You will manage a large team of recruiters and collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand the company's strategic goals and align talent acquisition efforts accordingly.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruitment trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously innovate our recruitment processes.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a large team.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable recruitment plans.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
