Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, coordinating with the supply chain, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role also involves team management, facilitating communication between departments, and implementing process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management and quality control
- Strong understanding of supply chain coordination and process improvements
- Team management skills and the ability to facilitate communication between departments
- Technical knowledge of tooling, mechanical assemblies, and precision components
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Experience in the aerospace or power generation industry is a plus
