Job Summary
B.B. Enterprise, an established leader in the eyewear industry for over two decades, is seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage our company's expansion into digital commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, hands-on management, and rigorous optimization of all paid media campaigns, primarily across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role requires a highly analytical individual who can effectively manage an advertising budget to drive measurable growth in B2B leads and B2C e-commerce sales.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives for both B2B wholesale and B2C retail channels.
- Platform Execution: Perform daily, hands-on management and optimization of campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads .
- Budgetary Control: Manage the monthly advertising budget with a focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimizing Cost Per Lead/Acquisition (CPL/CPA).
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other relevant platforms. Develop and maintain performance dashboards for leadership review.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement a structured testing framework for ad copy, creative assets, audience segmentation, and landing pages to ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the team to analyze the conversion funnel and provide recommendations for improving landing page and website performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrable, in-depth expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Proven proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing and being accountable for a monthly advertising budget.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce marketing, specifically on the Woo Commerce platform.
- Prior exposure to B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of fundamental On-Page SEO principles.
- Basic skills in graphic design or video editing for the creation of ad creatives.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.
