**Key Responsibilities:Vendor & Supplier Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors on behalf of **Pranav Creations Pvt. Ltd.**:

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to optimize cost, quality, and availability.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on sales and profitability metrics.

**Inventory & Stock Optimization**:

- Ensure that all in-house stock is **latest and aligned with market demand** while avoiding dead stock.
- Develop strategies to clear slow-moving inventory **without compromising profitability.**:

- Maintain optimal stock levels across stores to balance demand and supply.

**Product Performance & Profitability**:

- Oversee and optimize the performance of all products under your scope.
- Analyze product sales, identify bestsellers, and take corrective action on underperforming items.
- Manage pricing strategies to remain competitive while ensuring profitability (**GP% targets**).

**Market & Competitor Analysis**:

- Study market trends and customer preferences to stay ahead of competitors.
- Identify emerging product opportunities and adjust buying strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive promotions and maximize revenue.

**Key Metrics for Performance**:
✔ **Sales performance** of vendors under your management.
✔ **Dead stock reduction** and inventory turnover rates.
✔ **Profitability (GP%)** within assigned product categories.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in **category buying, merchandising, or retail planning** (fashion/apparel preferred).
Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
Analytical mindset with expertise in sales, pricing, and profitability metrics.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
