Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead the sales of our B2B International Camps for School Students in the Punjab region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in selling educational programs to Indian schools. This role requires a passion for growth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities :

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the Punjab region.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our international camps among schools, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in Indian schools, including principals, school management, and educational coordinators.
  4. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other channels, and convert them into sales opportunities through persuasive communication and presentations.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations outlining the benefits, curriculum, and logistics of our international camps, tailored to the needs and preferences of each school.
  6. Negotiate terms and pricing with school representatives to secure agreements that are mutually beneficial for both parties.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure seamless delivery of international camps and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  8. Track sales performance metrics, including leads generated, sales closed, activities reporting, revenue generated, and customer satisfaction levels, and prepare regular reports for management review.
  9. Stay updated on developments in the field of international education, school camps, and business development techniques, and participate in training programs and workshops as required.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing to Indian schools.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and Punjabi languages is required; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
