Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ameerpet, with some work from home flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and generating reports on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management and Leadership experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in generating sales performance reports
  • Familiarity with financial products such as Personal Loans and Business Loans is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
