We Are Hiring – HR Admin & DMA Creation Executive

Responsibilities

HR & Admin:

  • End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
  • Maintain employee records, attendance & payroll support.
  • Employee engagement & grievance handling.
  • Office administration, vendor coordination & compliance support.

DMA Creation Executive:

  • Onboard new Direct Marketing Associates (DMAs) for Home Loan & LAP.
  • Train & guide DMAs on loan products, documentation & process.
  • Ensure timely login of files & support in achieving sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in HR/Admin or Loan Sales/DMA handling.
  • Strong communication & people management skills.
  • Experience in Home Loan & Mortgage Loan industry preferred.
  • Target-driven and organized.
