Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives

• 2000 sft Duplex Villas on 165 sq. yds
• Price: ₹1.8 Cr (₹9,000/sft) with 10% Early Booking Discount
• Prime Location: Adjacent to Proposed ORR Exit-2, 3 km from Mehtabkhanguda X Roads
• Guaranteed Rental Income: ₹75,000/month for 2 years (starting 7th month)
• Booking Amount: ₹1,00,000 only

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Director (Females Only) to lead our sales team for the prestigious Sri Vedic Township project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing sales initiatives to achieve business goals, while guiding clients through one of the most premium villa projects in Shankarpally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop effective sales strategies and monitor their execution.
• Handle high-value client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.
• Organize and oversee site visits, events, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and referrals.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives for performance excellence.
• Maintain detailed sales reports and market insights for management.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to close high-value deals and build long-term client trust.
• Female candidates only.
