Must be willing to work in US Shifts ( EST)Post Graduation from Top B Schools highly preferredLocal to Delhi / NCR highly preferredWork is primary REMOTE but may require some says onsiteExperience Level: 2-10 yrs of experience in Marketing roleJob Description:Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertisingDeveloping and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaignsManaging budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).Creating engaging content for social media platforms, including copy, graphics, and videosConducting market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and new opportunities for marketing and sales.Assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.Analyzing campaign data and providing insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.Assisting with website design and maintenance, including updating content and optimizing user experienceDeveloping and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.Assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentationsQualifications:B. Tech/ MBA from a Tier 1 college (IITs/ BITS Pilani/ IIMs/ DCE/ NSUT/ NITs, XLRI, FMS, NMIMS, ICFAI, IIFT etc.)Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating, and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems)Proven experience in traffic generation, managing online advertising and search on behalf of an internet business in B2B space. Must be very commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scaleDeep knowledge of the Facebook / Google advertising ecosystem including hands-on experience with Ads Manager/ Power Editor / AdwordsMust be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of performance optimization strategies. Knowledge of SQL and Python is definitely an added advantagePassion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programsStrong drive for execution and delivering results.
