About the Role

Designation : Lead Exam Functionary Resource Management 

Role Description:

  • Assist Operations Team in conducting fair and smooth LAN Based Assessments
  • Working closely with vendors in building a pool of trained and certified invigilators

and managing existing ones as per business requirement

  • Liaise with vendors and ensure all ELIs meet the prerequisite as per SLA
  • Coordinate with iON academy team to plan training and assessment for ELIs
  • Planning of ELI requirement per session across different venues based on customer

instructions and contractual terms. Ensure ELI list is received from vendors within

TAT

  • Tracking and managing attendance of ELIs deployed at various venues
  • Presence at the test centers to audit performance of ELIs. Arranging de-briefing

sessions to share audit observations and provide feedback

  • Audit vendors to ensure that the ELIs allocated for the session meet all criteria

outlined in the contract (E.g., ELI age, education, BGC and professional records).

Organize regular review calls with the vendor and operations team

  • Handle escalations on exam days wrt invigilators
  • Monitor regular shuffling of ELI pool between venues
  • Liaise with vendor and ensure action is taken against ELIs involved in malpractice
  • Assisting in creating relevant SOPs and procedure manuals and ensure the

documents are updated as per latest policies

  • Relationship management with vendors
  • Ensure tasks are carried out within approved budgets. Verify ELI invoices submitted

by vendors

  • Generating and sharing relevant reports/dashboards with all concerned

stakeholders

  • Performing trend analysis on regular basis to prepare plan to counter any

deviations. Implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence

  • Working closely with various stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, Academy and

vendors etc.) to ensure all processes wrt invigilators are streamlined

  • Working with National Head in designing and developing of KPIs and KRIs to track

performance of invigilators

  • Ensure tasks are carried out within approved budgets at PAN India level
  • Additional tasks as and when required.
