Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, based in Bhilai. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production unit, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include managing production teams, ensuring quality control, maintaining compliance with safety standards, optimizing manufacturing efficiency, and addressing production issues promptly. Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless workflow is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Quality control and safety compliance knowledge
  • Technical skills: familiarity with CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment
  • Problem-solving and process optimization skills
  • Relevant experience in heavy engineering or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
