Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Job Type: Full Time, On Site

Experience: 3 to 5 years Proven experience in corporate relations, business development, or related roles

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with corporate partners and foster long-term relationships.
  • Identify and cultivate new partnerships with organizations across various industries to expand our network and opportunities for students.
  • Collaborate with faculty and department heads to understand program requirements and incorporate industry insights into curriculum development and also with Marketing Department for posting and updating information on Social Media.
  • Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, workshops, and corporate events to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking opportunities for students and faculty.
  • You will have to travel for Corporate Events, Meetings and Workshops.
  • You will also have to train and guide students in Resume(CV) writing and also guide in account.
  • Coordinate internship and placement processes, including liaising with corporate partners to facilitate recruitment drives, internship opportunities, and campus placements.
  • Serve as a liaison between the institute and corporate stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns while promoting the institute's objectives and offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and program development.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to showcase the institute's achievements, capabilities, and value proposition to potential corporate partners.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
