Salary Range:
₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to handle client communications, resolve inquiries, and ensure outstanding customer support during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound interactions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and timely solutions.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • 0-1 year of international support experience preferred (freshers with excellent English welcome).
  • Comfortable with night shifts.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
