Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in Vadodara. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Tasks include coordinating with various departments, managing schedules, handling logistics, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize operational processes
  • Experience in team coordination and project management
  • Proficiency in using operational software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
