Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Digital Sales Manager at House of Armuse. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Digital Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, handling client interactions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries on social media platforms, including WhatsApp and Instagram.Provide timely and accurate information to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfactionTaking online measurements for custom-made orders.Ensure clients understand measurement instructions and confirm details to avoid discrepancies.Initiate and manage calls with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.Handling post-order queries.Doing calls and messages to abandoned checkout queries.

Qualifications:Proven experience in digital sales, preferably in the luxury fashion or couture industry.Proficiency in using Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of fashion and luxury goods is highly desirable.
