This is a full time role with our global engineering services & solutions client.Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our plant finance team. Theideal candidate will have strong expertise in plant accounting, product costing, and financialanalytics, with hands-on experience in Oracle and Power BI. This role requires a proactiveindividual who can manage multiple follow-ups, analyze variances, and support operationalexcellence through financial insights.Key Responsibilities:• Perform plant accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting.• Review product costing and inventory valuation in line with company policies.• Review OPEX and perform variance analysis to support cost control initiatives.• Prepare and analyse MIS reports, GL accounts, and AP transactions.• Utilize Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues through persistent follow-ups.• Support inventory management and ensure compliance with internal controls.• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization activities.• Maintain documentation and support audits as required.• Leverage Oracle ERP for financial data extraction and reporting.Required Skills & Qualifications:• A cost accountant/CMA degree is Must.• 4+ years onwards of experience in plant finance, costing, or manufacturing accounting.• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Oracle ERP.• Good communication, listening, and observation skills.• Ability to work with dedication, sincerity, and ownership.• Capable of managing multiple follow-ups and ensuring task closure.Personal Attributes:• Obedient, sincere, and committed to delivering high-quality work.• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
