Plant Finance Analyst

This is a full time role with our global engineering services & solutions client.Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our plant finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plant accounting, product costing, and financial analytics, with hands-on experience in Oracle and Power BI. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple follow-ups, analyze variances, and support operational excellence through financial insights. Key Responsibilities: - Perform plant accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting. - Review product costing and inventory valuation in line with company policies. - Review OPEX and perform variance analysis to support cost control initiatives. - Prepare and analyse MIS reports, GL accounts, and AP transactions. - Utilize Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues through persistent follow-ups. - Support inventory management and ensure compliance with internal controls. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization activities. - Maintain documentation and support audits as required. - Leverage Oracle ERP for financial data extraction and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: - A cost accountant/CMA degree is Must. - 4+ years onwards of experience in plant finance, costing, or manufacturing accounting. - Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Oracle ERP. - Good communication, listening, and observation skills. - Ability to work with dedication, sincerity, and ownership. - Capable of managing multiple follow-ups and ensuring task closure.
