Objective: The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth both in the office and in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct field visits to prospective clients to present and promote BioPlus products.
Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities through continuous prospecting.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Work closely with the product development team to provide client feedback and support product enhancements.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
