Purpose of Role
Establish best in class HR Process & Systems to enhance Employee Experience. Progressive HR Policies to create Impact on Business. High Levels of HR Service Delivery across - People Engagement Initiatives, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Statutory Compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the HR Process, Systems & Policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Develop relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge on Diversity & Inclusion.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Ensure and Statutory Compliance from all perspectives for SUN Mobility.
- Auditing the existing processes / documents to check for any compliance misses.
- Developing improvement plans and implementing the plans to adhere to the compliance.
- Reporting on the compliance status to the relevant stakeholders.
- Advising departmental heads on ongoing compliance improvement.
- Managing the contractual vendors and workforce.
- Monitor and co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage the contractual workforce operations.
Role Specific Skills/Competencies
- Full time MBA in HR or equivalent degree
- 8 - 10 years of experience into managing HR compliance.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements for every state / region.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- High on energy, proactive, with service orientation
- Proficient in MS office suite specifically with excel & power point
